For weekly clients, these must be completed within a 5-week window; for fortnightly clients, within a 9-week window. This keeps your progress on track and ensures the sustainability of my specialist coaching.
Flexible yet Firm Policy: I require a strict 24-hour notice for all reschedules. While I will always try to accommodate changes, reschedules are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to my limited availability. If a session cannot be made up within your training term, or is cancelled late, it is forfeited.
